By purchasing a Wollongong Women membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all members.

1. Membership Fees

Membership fees vary depending on the level and structure selected — this may include monthly, 6-monthly or annual (foundation) memberships.

Payment is required at the time of registration and will be charged according to your selected billing cycle (e.g. monthly, 6-monthly or annually), unless otherwise stated in a custom plan or promotion.

Please note: If you are not a current financial member, your access to the member group and benefits will be removed.

2. Membership Term

Membership is ongoing and will continue until cancelled by the member or terminated by Wollongong Women in accordance with these terms.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by either:

• Logging into your member platform and selecting "Cancel Membership", or

• Emailing us at hello@wollongongwomen.com.au with the subject line: Membership Cancellation.

Cancellations require 30 days’ notice. Access to membership benefits will remain active during this notice period.

4. No Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable. This includes circumstances such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with benefits, changes to membership structure, or non-usage of services.

5. Automatic Renewal

Your membership may automatically renew based on your chosen billing cycle.

6. Termination by Wollongong Women

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership, without refund, for breach of community guidelines, disrespectful conduct, or any behaviour deemed harmful or disruptive to the Wollongong Women community.

7. Membership Inclusions

Membership benefits may include (but are not limited to) access to our member platform, discounted event tickets, community chats, resources and digital content. These benefits are subject to change at our discretion.

8. Communications

By becoming a member, you agree to receive relevant communications, including emails about your membership, event invitations and community updates. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails, but essential membership communications are required to maintain access.

9. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and never shared without consent.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or the member platform. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
