Founder of Wollongong Women and host of our events bringing business owners together across the Illawarra.
I’ve been in business for 10 years and I learnt pretty quickly that business isn’t a solo sport. The women you surround yourself with can accelerate your results.
In my first business as a health and fitness trainer, I loved what I did and built a beautiful community for my clients, but behind the scenes there were days it felt lonely and isolating. And then there was the marketing. Putting myself out there felt so awkward that I avoided it more than I’d like to admit, and I missed out on so many potential new clients because of it.
I thought if I felt like that, there must be other women who do too.
That’s why this exists.

Much less than you’d think. With the members app on your phone and desktop, you can connect in a few minutes from home. Some members come along every month, others every couple of months. There’s no minimum, but the more you show up, the more people get to know, like and trust you. That’s when the referrals start rolling in.

If you’re a solo or micro business owner who loves a positive, uplifting room, you’ll fit right in. Our members include mortgage brokers, accountants, bookkeepers, social media and marketing specialists, health and wellness businesses, product based businesses, creatives, artists and authors. Every type of business is welcome.
What if someone in my industry is already a member?

We believe there’s enough success for everyone. People choose who they work with for all sorts of reasons, so there’s always room for you. And the women in your industry can turn out to be your best referral partners.
I’m new to business. Is it for me?

Yes! Whether you’re six months in or six years in, you’ll find women who’ve been exactly where you are and are happy to share what they’ve learnt. Go you for leaning in to platforms like this early on, it’s a great way to grow quicker. PLUS if you need new branding photos, help with marketing or even finances, there’s people inside for that.
I work on my own. Will I really feel part of something?

That’s exactly why the Inner Circle exists. For so many of our members we are their team, right down to celebrating together at our end of year Christmas party.
Can I come to an event before I join?

Of course. Plenty of women come to an event first to see if the vibe is for them, then join. Others jump straight in. As a member you get discounts on all ticketed events, early access and a few extra perks along the way.
What if it’s not for me?

There’s no lock in contract, so you can cancel any time. We want the Inner Circle to be the right fit for you.
